春 "Chun" 一年的第一個季節! 經過了寒冷的冬天，春天來了，也進入了第二學期，希望同學們已多學到些新的中 文字詞，對中華文化節慶習俗也有更深的體驗和新知！ The arrival of spring, the first season of the year. As the Spring Semester is creeping up on us, we hope that our students are doing well in their Chinese class and have enjoyed the festivity of the Lunar New Year Celebration. Don't forget to spring forward your clock this coming Sunday on March 11.

Respect School Property We recently received a complaint from the office of Charlotte Wood Middle School that our students stamped with a self-stamp on desks and counter. This was considered as an illicit act and damage to their classroom property. Please do not touch or play with any items in the host school's classroom, including computer, document, camera, and students' artworks and furniture. Keep the classroom clean and tidy, and restore to its original state before you leave.

Language Study Program in Taiwan/ 2018 年海外華裔青年語文研習班招生簡介
為增進海外華裔青年華語文能力、認識中華文化、瞭解臺灣建設與發展，自民國 78 年起舉辦本項研習活動，內容包括華語教學、國粹研習、文化講座、交流聯誼與參訪活動等。每年語文研習班共舉辦 9 班，其中 4 期個別班，各班為期 6 週；另為因應海外各僑居地之特殊需求，開設泰國班、菲律賓班、印尼班、日歐班及新加坡班計團體 5 班，分別以 6 週、 4 週及 3 週等三種不同週數辦理。

費用：
3 週班每人每期新臺幣 30,000 元、 4 週班每人每期新臺幣 37,000 元， 6 週班每人每期新臺幣 48,000 元，分攤情形如下：
      （1） 學員自付額： 3 週班每人每期新臺幣 15,000 元， 4 週班每人每期新臺幣 18,500 元， 6 週班每人每期新臺幣 24,000
                元，用以支應部分膳食、住宿及保險費（意外平安 險新臺幣 400 萬元及意外醫療險40萬元）。
      （2） 僑務委員會支付額： 3 週班每人每期新臺幣 15,000 元， 4 週班每人每期新臺幣 18,500 元， 6 週班每人每期新臺幣 24,000
                元，用以支應講師鐘點費、教材費及參訪、行政、部分膳宿等費用。

San Ramon Valley Community Fair 5:00-7:00 pm at Dougherty Valley High School Commons. This event provides an opportunity for families to check out the variety of summer and fall activities. The Event is Free to attend.
