Teacher's appreciation day - Big Thanks to your teacher this week!!!
This Friday, 3/23 is the teacher appreciation day. Please thank your children's teachers for
spending so much time preparing each week's lessons, grading homework and exams, and instilling a little bit of Chinese culture and language into their lives each week.
Give her a round of applause or a thank you card since without their time and effort; we would not have the Chinese school that we have today. Gift-giving is totally optional.
2012/2013 Registration Starting Soon 在校生註冊，即將開始
今年在校生註冊的日期為 4 月 6 日及 4 月 20 日，若在校生的兄弟姐妹將於下學年度入學
為新生者，可同時註冊。註冊表將於下週發給每位同學，同時也可在學校的網址上下戴，如有問題，請與辦公室註冊組連絡。
Pre-Registration forms for the 2012-2013 returning students are available at the school website and will also be delivered to students next week. Sibling of BVCS student will be eligible for Pre-Registration.

Attention BVCS Parents and Community
San Ramon Valley Unified School District has received information about two separate and seemingly unrelated incidents within this week, and I wanted to pass this information on to you.
Both incidents were reported by parents to local school principals. One occurred near Bollinger Canyon Elementary School, the other near Hidden Hills Elementary School. Both were similar situations - a man in a parked car who rolled his window down and began talking to a young girl. One of the parents reported that the man asked the girl to get into the car. Both incidents were reported to local police.
We bring this to your attention as another reminder to please talk to your children about being aware of their surroundings and to talk to an adult if they see any suspicious behavior.
Parents must NOT drop off kids in the dark parking lot. Child must be immediately picked up after the end of class.
