教務處報告
又到了離情依依的時刻， 這些按部就班一步步學習的孩子在灣谷的一年中
(32 周 )， 在各班老師的帶領下，
相信不僅是中文的學習有一定的進步
在同學彼此的鼓勵下， 也對中文有更大的熱誠與信心，
我們灣谷的老師一直都是在教學上競競業業認真負責，
用最大的愛心與耐心引領學生認識了解這個世界上最偉大的語言與文化，
然而， 這個世界上歷史最悠久也是唯一的
"表意文字" 的學習，
也絕對是必須經年累月不斷的練習與接觸，
才能看到一定的成果，
感謝這一年與我們一起努力的老師學生與家長
因為有妳們的付出與堅持，
我們的孩子才會有機會倘佯在中文的世界裡:
對所學的語言感到驕傲， 對自己的文化產生認同。
除了每年暑期固定的教師訓練營之外，
在 2012/2013 學年之中, 灣谷的老師們也在持續在假日期間，
參加了各式各樣由加州聯合中文學校所舉辦的教師訓練課程與文化課程，
希望把更新更好的教學方法與觀念帶到課堂上來給我們的學生，
當然我們期待在未來的一年裡
我們能夠招募更多的家長加入教師訓練與志工幹部的行列
,繼續為中文學校的延續與發展努力，
讓我們一起將中文與中華文化的種子散播給我們的孩子。
End of Year Celebration This Friday
The wait is over! This celebration will be kicked off by our Kindergarten students' accompanied by spectacular East West Kung Fu performance.
BVCS students will be selling food and drinks (Egg tarts, sandwiches etc.) on Friday inside MPR room. Please help support their efforts by making a kind purchase. Thank you!
Volunteers Needed This Friday
Reminder has been sent to parent volunteers for the Year End Celebrations. If you are able to help this Friday, please come to MPR room at 5:30PM and lend us a helping hand.
