2025–2026 學年度在校生優先註冊通知
本週五，學生將帶回2025–2026學年度的註冊表格。表格上已經預先填好學生的基本資料，請家長務必核對，若有需要修改的地方，請用紅筆更正，確認無誤後請簽名。
為確保在校生優先錄取的資格，請儘早在週五上課時間內，繳回填妥的註冊表格和學費支票，最遲須於 2025年5月2日晚上7點前送達。如未能於這指定時間前提交報名資料，將喪失優先錄取的資格。
如有準備於今年秋季入讀幼兒班或一年級的弟妹，可與在校生一併辦理註冊，並享有相同的優先錄取資格。詳細資訊請參閱隨表附上的《註冊說明與退費辦法》。
2025–2026 Returning Student Priority Enrollment Notice
This Friday, students will bring home the 2025–2026 Registration Forms, which includes pre-filled information. Parents are kindly asked to: (1) carefully review the Forms, (2) make any necessary corrections using red ink, and (3) sign the Forms to confirm the information.
To secure your child’s priority enrollment, please return the completed forms along with the tuition check during Friday school hours, no later than 7 pm on May 2, 2025. Failure to submit the registration forms by this deadline will result in the loss of
enrollment priority.
Siblings who are eligible to enter kindergarten or first grade this fall may register together with the current student and receive the same enrollment priority. For full details, please refer to the Registration Instructions & Refund Policy included with the Forms.

This Friday is BVCS Teacher Appreciation Day. Let us come together to honor the
heart of BVCS — our incredible teachers! Their unwavering dedication and devotion leave a lasting imprint on our students' Chinese learning journey.
As a special tribute, Director of Academic Affairs, Sharon Su, has created a video from the Chinese New Year Celebration, capturing the joy and vibrant spirit of our students’ performances. Campus Patrol Duty List for 2024-2025
BVCS is a non-profit organization dedicated to keeping tuition affordable. To support this goal, each household is required to contribute to safety duties by having one parent or guardian on duty. For security reasons, we cannot post all the names publicly. However, below is the general schedule based on last names.
Duty hours are from 6:45 pm to 8:50 pm. Should you have questions about the schedule or want to know the specific date of your campus patrol duty, please send your inquiry to bayvalleychineseschool@yahoo.com. Each week, a yard duty lead will send a reminder email to the assigned parents.
