Friendly Reminder: Online Classes This Friday (April 25)
All classes will take place online this Friday on April 25. To help students stay focused and learn effectively, we kindly ask parents to designate a quiet learning space at home. For younger students, please have their textbooks and workbooks ready ahead of time.

New Student Enrollment Opens May 2, 2025!
We're excited to welcome new families to Bay Valley Chinese School for the 2025–2026 school year! Enrollment is processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration can be done either online or in person.
Online Registration Forms will be available starting at 8:00 am on Friday, May 2, 2025. Please access the Forms by clicking here . Please note: Registration is not finalized until tuition payment is received by our Registrar.
In-Person Registration
can be done on May 2 and May 9 from 7:00 pm to 8:50 pm at
our office (Room A102). Before you come, please download the
Paper Registration Forms. Fill it out and bring it with your tuition check to the office.
If a placement test is needed, the Registrar will notify families individually.

Wanderlust Meets Creativity -- After exploring countries and cities around the world in Chapter 9, 5 th graders share their dream destinations through creative writing and interesting illustrations!
Wise Words, Big Vibes! Stepping beyond the textbook and through inspirational Chinese proverbs, Ms. Lin spark students’ motivation and unveil the beauty of the language.
Ms. Lin wraps up Chapter 8 with student presentations on after-school activities. Learning Chinese not only sharpens communication skills but also brings student closer to all facets of life.

Campus Patrol Duty List for 2024-2025
BVCS is a non-profit organization dedicated to keeping tuition affordable. To support this goal, each household is required to contribute to safety duties by having one parent or guardian on duty. For security reasons, we cannot post all the names publicly. However, below is the general schedule based on last names.
Duty hours are from 6:45 pm to 8:50 pm. Should you have questions about the schedule or want to know the specific date of your campus patrol duty, please send your inquiry to bayvalleychineseschool@yahoo.com. Each week, a yard duty lead will send a reminder email to the assigned parents.
