時光飛逝，轉眼間我們已來到學年最後兩個上課日！以下是接踵而來的重要活動。

Countown to the Final 2 Days of School: Registration, Final Exam and Carnival Fun!
Time flies! It is hard to believe that we are down to the last two school days of this academic year. Here is what’s coming up!

本週五（5月9日）：新生現場註冊 (A102 教室)
歡迎新家庭加入灣谷！報名採取先到先得原則，請把握機會！

• 5月9日: 下午 7:00pm – 8:30pm
• 5月16日: 下午 6:30pm – 7:45pm
• 新生線上報名 -- 請點擊這裡 往線上報名。
• 請注意: 完成線上報名後,仍須繳交學費,註冊才算完成。
• 新生現塲報名 -- 請先下載並填寫 紙本報名表格。
• 填寫完成後,連同學費支票一併帶至辦公室繳交。
• 幼兒園與一年級新生：請攜帶出生證明（如出生證或護照）以供查驗。
• 二年級以上新生：需參加評估測驗，最終分班將依測驗結果決定。

請注意: 尚未註冊的舊生仍可報名，但需視班級空位而定，同樣以先到先得方式處理。

This Friday, May 9: In-Person Registration for New Students (at Room A102)
We are excited to welcome new families to BVCS! Enrollment is processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

• May 9: 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
• May 16: 6:30 pm to 7:45 pm.
• Either complete the online Registration Forms by clicking here.
• Please note that registration is not finalized until tuition payment is received by our Registrar.
• Or download and complete the Paper Registration Forms.
• Bring your completed froms along with your tuition check to the office.
• Kindergarten and first grade: Please bring a proof of date of birth (e.g. birth certificate or passport).
• Second grade and above: A placement test is required, and final placement will be based on the test results.

Note: Returning students who have not registered can still enroll, but acceptance will depend on space availability and will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Final Exam is a time for students to shine and show how much they have learned and grown. It is not just a test, but a celebration of your effort and perseverance.

Sleep well, rise strong, and walk into the classroom with the power of readiness.

灣谷將以最歡樂的方式結束這學年！在學年的最後一天，學校將舉辦一場熱鬧非凡的園遊 會，活動包含美食攤位、有趣的遊戲及柔術表演。

這將是全校師生與家庭共享歡樂的完美時刻！誠摯邀請學生帶著親友一同參與，共度這充 滿笑聲與回憶的一天。

讓我們一起用笑容與活力，為這學年畫下最精彩的句點！

Coming Up Next Friday, May 16: End-of-Year Carnival!
Looking ahead, on May 16, we are ending the school year with a bang! Join us for a fun-filled Carnival packed with delicious treats, exciting games and Jiu-Jitsu performance.

The Carnival welcomes everyone, and students are encouraged to bring their friends and families.

Bring your school spirit and let’s make the last day of school unforgettable!

2. 本學年家長校園巡邏輪值表
   灣谷中文學校是非營利組織, 教職人員有限, 非常需要義工家長投入, 分擔責任。 一個家庭只需要一位家長擔任校園巡守隊員。為了保留家長隱私, 校方決定只公布 一下按姓氏排列月度輪值表。
   輪值家長請在 6:45 pm ~ 8:50 pm，向月隊長報到。 對當值週有任何問題, 或想查詢您 值班的確實日期, 請電郵 bayvalleychineseschool@yahoo.com。 每週, 校園巡守隊 月隊長會向值班家長發送電郵, 溫馨提醒。
   
   Campus Patrol Duty List for 2024-2025
   BVCS is a non-profit organization dedicated to keeping tuition affordable. To support this goal, each household is required to contribute to safety duties by having one parent or guardian on duty. For security reasons, we cannot post all the names publicly. However, below is the general schedule based on last names.
   Duty hours are from 6:45 pm to 8:50 pm. Should you have questions about the schedule or want to know the specific date of your campus patrol duty, please send your inquiry to bayvalleychineseschool@yahoo.com. Each week, a yard duty lead will send a reminder email to the assigned parents.
